Lambourne were established in 1991 by two former
directors of abbey national cornerstone estate agents, Mr. Om Sharma and Mr.
Paul Jackman. Abbey had acquired their eight branch company spencers in 1986.
Messrs Sharma and Jackman have over seventy years of combined experience in the
residential property markets and setup Lambourne to coincide with the boom in
residential lettings.
In 1988 the shorthold assured tenancy was created to
open up the job market, at the same time allowing landlords and tenants greater
freedom to let properties on a short fixed term basis.

both offices now manage a portfolio in the region of 800 properties for our
many clients in the Hounslow borough. Some of these clients own more than one
property but many are single property owners. All clients are treated in the
same manner.
